WHAT YOU NEED TO STAND OUT

"A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men." - King Solomon, Proverbs 18:16 KJV.

This article will explain how you can be the best in whatever you do. There are so many people in the world. Over 7billion people. Whatever skill or talent you have, you must be the best at it.

A MULTITUDE

A multitude is a quantity exceeding 100, according to Jewish tradition; a multitude is 10,000.

A multitude is a large number of people or things. It can be used to describe a crowd or a group and often suggests that the number is difficult to count or keep track of. The word "multitude" can also be used to describe an abundance or an endless supply of something. For example, "There were a multitude of people at the festival" or "There were a multitude of options to choose from."

In every multitude:

1. There's a person who shares the same name as you. It's estimated to be about 1 in 135,000. This means that there's only a 0.0007% chance of it happening!

2. The latest population estimates for Earth put the current population at just over 7.8 billion people! That's a lot of people, and the population is growing all the time. In general, the larger the multitude, the more likely it is for someone to share your business, profession, philosophy, etc.

YOUR UNIQUE KEY

A unique key, also known as a primary key, is a field in a database that uniquely identifies each record. In other words, it's a value that makes each record different from every other record in the database.

This helps to avoid duplicate records and ensure that the data is organized and easy to access. A unique key can be a number, letter, or combination of characters, but it must be unique for every record.

For example, if you're tracking information about people, each record should have a unique ID to distinguish between them. Without this, it would be difficult to tell which record belongs to which person.

A multitude is like that database. and it needs a unique key for differentiation and recognition.

Even identical twins have something that differentiates them: There are several things that can differentiate identical twins.

Identical twins are genetically identical, which means they have the same DNA. This means that their fingerprints, blood types, and other physical characteristics are also identical.

However, there are still a few things that can differentiate identical twins. For example, their fingerprints may have different ridge patterns, and they may have different scars or birthmarks

They may have different fingerprints or DNA, even though they look alike. They may have different personality traits or behavioral patterns. They may have different health issues or genetic predispositions. Finally, they may have different memories or experiences based on their individual lives.

In short, although identical twins look alike on the outside, they are still unique individuals with their own unique characteristics and personalities.

Those unique characteristics and personalities are the unique keys to recognition.

Imagine that a company has the same name, an equal number of staff, sells the same product, has the same building structure, and is in the same location, right in front of each other. but they are owned and managed by different people. If you were sent to any of the companies, how would you know which?

  • Side of the road, left or right
  • Name of the owner
  • Customer service

The above listed are unique keys.

Most states require businesses to have a unique name. This is to prevent confusion and ensure that each business is clearly identifiable. If two businesses have the same name, it can be difficult for customers to know which one they're dealing with.

Additionally, it can be confusing for financial institutions and government agencies that need to keep track of businesses. So, registering a business name that's already taken is generally not allowed.

STANDING OUT

To stand out means to be distinctive or different from others. This could be in terms of appearance, personality, skills, or achievements.

Standing out can be a positive or negative thing, depending on the context. For example, standing out in a job interview could mean making a great impression and getting the job. But standing out in a negative way could mean being disruptive or inappropriate.

If you are standing on a platform, you can quickly detect the albinos in the gathering. Why?

TRADEMARKS AND STANDING OUT

A trademark is a unique identifier, such as a name or logo, that is used to distinguish one business or product from another. So, there's a direct relationship between trademarks and standing out.

A trademark helps a business stand out by making it unique and recognizable. This can help customers identify the business and its products, and it can also help build brand recognition and loyalty.

Earlier today, I was watching a Nollywood movie, "Jagun Jagun." In this movie, there's this guy who knows how to talk to trees. He mastered the act of war and became a warrior, but he had something other warriors didn't have. This skill, "talking to trees," made him distinctive, leading to his victory in many battles.

There may be a more skilled warrior than he is. But he has what they don't have. They are called "extras."

WHAT ARE EXTRAS?

Extras are qualities that are not really required, but you must possess them. The word "extra" can have different meanings depending on the context. In general, it means "more than usual" or "more than is necessary."

It is not really necessary to communicate with trees as a warrior; just master archery, swordsmanship, and some attacking and defensive formations. Why should you talk to trees?

Take this anology:
James Store, whose customer service is very good and their goods are available, but their work is rough, with poor communication and creativity.

Mary-Mary store, whose customer service is good, available goods, efficient, attentive to details, creative, available, adaptive, and resourceful.

Which store would you prefer to visit?

WHAT "EXTRAS" DOES

Extras are what boost us and put us in demand. They are: neat work, honesty, accuracy, efficiency, diligence, precision, and so many more.

The extras you need must be in accordance with what you do.

There are an indefinite number of people doing what you do, but the only thing that will make you stand out is the extras you have. No one tells you that you need those extras in the beginning, yet you must possess them. Some of them are:

1. Organization
2. Multitasking
3. Time management
4. Resourcefulness
5. Open-mindedness
6. Communication
7. Patience
8. Problem-solving
9. Critical thinking
10. Flexibility
11. Attention to details
12. Goal setting
13. Stress management
14. Self-awareness
15. Self-esteem
16. Assertiveness
17. Delegation
18. Team management
19. Networking
20. Emotional intelligence

CONCLUSION

"A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men." - King Solomon, Proverbs 18:16 KJV.

Your gifts (skill, talent, etc.) make room for you and bring you before great men.

THE EXTRAS YOU POSSES WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT.
